SUMMARY

Brandt has an opportunity for a Corporate Account Manager to join our New Zealand-Golf and Turf team. This position will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing plans to grow our turf equipment business with those Large Commercial accounts and Council businesses across NZ; this position will work closely with our branches to develop and execute those plans.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Identify potential Commercial Contractors, Council opportunities and Large Turf customers across NZ.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers and their senior leadership teams.
  • Working with key accounts to create forecasts for their equipment needs.
  • Responsible for driving new and used equipment sales to strategic customers that work across multiple branch locations and support the sales teams on large packages.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing sales action plans with our branches to drive increased business and identifying product support opportunities based on strategic planning with the Director of Sales.
  • Working closely with John Deere and our other suppliers.
  • Understand all tendering-related processes for Commercial and Turf products within NZ and assisting branches where needed.
  • Identify and report on market trends and opportunities.
  • Travel will be required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of industry sales experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree desirable
  • Strong sales ability, sound analytical thinking and planning, prioritisation and execution skills are a must.
  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on the sales process.
  • Knowledge of the Turf and Commercial business preferred.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Maintains a well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and passport with the ability to travel internationally.
